How do I request a quote?
You can message us directly with the name of the artwork you like, the approximate measurements you want, and the shipping destination. With that information, we’ll prepare a detailed quote for you.
How do I measure to order the print?
First, choose the wall where you’d like to place the print. Decide if you prefer a vertical, horizontal, or square format.
Use a measuring tape to measure the width and height of the space. Then, step back and see if the size matches what you had in mind.
It’s also important to decide whether you’ll stick the print directly onto the wall or frame it, as a frame and mat board can increase the overall dimensions.
Why don't you sell standard sizes?
We work with custom-made prints, tailored to fit perfectly in the space you choose. Every environment is unique, so we avoid generic sizing.
I want to see how the art I chose looks in the space of my house. How do I request it?
You can send us a photo of the wall where you’d like to place the piece, and for an additional $25, we’ll create a digital mock-up so you can visualize how it would look in your space.
What quality are the prints?
We use high-resolution printing with top-quality, long-lasting inks. The material is a high-adhesion vinyl, perfect for a variety of surfaces.
What is the duration of the prints?
Thanks to a protective laminate (either gloss or matte, your choice), the prints have strong resistance to daily wear, sunlight, and water. This ensures excellent durability for several years.
Are the prints resistant to sunlight and water?
Yes, all of our prints come laminated (matte or gloss finish), which protects them from UV rays, water, and rubbing. They’re great for indoor use and for areas with some natural light exposure.
Uses and applications of prints
You can frame them, stick them directly to walls, apply them on furniture, or use them however best fits your style. They’re very versatile and work well on a variety of surfaces and spaces.
How to stick the sticker to the wall?
Make sure the wall is clean, smooth, and free of dust. Ideally, it should be painted with synthetic (oil-based) paint that offers better coverage and resistance to humidity, and it shouldn’t release particles.
We include a small test sticker so you can check the adhesion before applying the final print. If needed, clean the wall or apply a fresh coat of paint to ensure the best result.
How to stick the sticker to the table?
The surface must be clean, smooth, and completely dry. We recommend testing the adhesion first with the sample sticker in a corner. If everything looks good, you can apply the full print carefully, using a squeegee or soft cloth to avoid bubbles.
Where do you ship to and how?
We ship throughout the country. In Jacó and nearby areas, delivery is free. For other national regions, we use Correos de Costa Rica, and for international shipping, we work with DHL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via DHL. You can ask us for a rate based on your country.
How do I pay?
We accept payments by bank transfer, SINPE móvil, and PayPal. If you’re in Jacó or nearby, you can also pay in cash. Let us know if you need another option.
How long does it take to produce an order?
Production of each print takes about 7 business days, depending on size and quantity. If any design adjustments are needed, production time may vary slightly.
How long does delivery take once it has been placed in the shipping courier?
Once shipped, national deliveries typically take between 2 to 4 business days. For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days, depending on the destination and DHL’s logistics.
